"I want to thank you for everything you did for us in selling our house in Danforth. We tried to sell on our own for at least six weeks by doing our own open houses and even listing on MLS with a flat rate service. We got activity on our house during that time, but it was not until we listed with you that we were able to get feedback from buyers and enter into a multiple offer situation within 4 days of your listing; with buyers who were willing to pay full price.
You were able to present the offers to us in such a way that we made a decision on the phone within abut 10 minutes. From then on it was smooth sailing as well.
For anyone else who may be reading this letter as a testimonial, we had already moved out of our house and in fact were 6000 miles away in Hawaii when Lani called us with the offers. She coordinated all the inspections and coordinated repairs that needed to be done with the contractor, and even found buyers for some of our furniture that we were interested in selling. Because all our furniture had not yet been moved, Lani agreed to be the responsible agent for our household goods and was present while the movers packed up and loaded our belongings in a shipping container. By all means, she went above and beyond the call of duty for a realtor and we are grateful for that.
She was also present and represented us at closing since we could not be there, and everything went through without a glitch.
